8/12/2013

2013-2014 parking hang tags for College Square residents are now available for pick up at the Auburn Realty office. The old 2011 - 2012 hang tags will expire and become null and void on August 21st, 2013.

Each owner will have to complete the Owner Information Sheet prior to residents for that unit trying to pick up the new parking pass. The form is available for download on this site on the condo documents page and was also e-mailed to all owners on 8/11/2013.

A resident information form will have to be completed by each resident and they will have to show a picture ID when the new parking pass is picked up.

Residents should be aware that work to replace all of the windows in each unit has been completed. Please contact Auburn Realty if you have any questions.

A Condo Association Board of Director's meeting was held on 4/20/2013.

Items of note from the Board Meetings:

1: Officers were elected for the 2013/2014 Board of Directors term as follows:

Jon Coulter - President

Joe McKinney - Treasurer

Elaine Beech - Secretary

2: Construction will begin on 5/4/2013 to replace all of the windows in each unit with new energy efficient windows. The construction is expected to take approximately 10 to 14 days depending on the weather.

3. We will begin work this summer to clean and stain the decks and front steps to each unit. We will also repair the decks as needed.

4. The Board is currently assessing the existing landscaping and quarterly maintenance contract and formalizing the requirements for each.

5. We will be replacing the retaining wall on the north side of the property next year. This work will be funded by the assessment for 2014 that was announced last year. We will be starting preliminary design work this year and start to coordinate with the adjacent property to facilitate the work.

The last full College Square Condo Association meeting was held on 11/17/2012 from 9:00AM-11:00AM.

The President's report was presented and discussed. The Management report was presented and discussed. The financial report was presented and discussed. Most of the discussion centered around the assessment that was imposed to provide funding for construction projects for 2013-2014 to replace all of the windows in each unit with Vinyl windows, clean and repair the decks, and replace the retaining wall on the north side of the complex. New Board Members were also elected to replace members who were rotating off the Board.
